Here to kick off the 2010 World Cup (of Soccer/Football, d'uh!), I present 4 coins from the Americas from my collection. Feel free to comment, add to the theme, grade, and heckle!

Picked this up cheap at the last Torex. 1986 Mexico $200 pesos.
2-Mexico,-1-Brasil,-1-Argentina

Argentina 1977 $10 pesos. From my mother's travels in South America.
2-Mexico,-1-Brasil,-1-Argentina
Reverse.
2-Mexico,-1-Brasil,-1-Argentina
Brasil 1978 50 centavos. This is how I imagine American coinage in the future, only with oil derricks. Complete with Lady Liberty and the name of the land.
2-Mexico,-1-Brasil,-1-Argentina

2-Mexico,-1-Brasil,-1-Argentina

Mexico 2009 $5 Revolution commemorative coinage. My sister gave me this brilliant uncirculated $5 peso coin. Leona Vicario dons the obvserse.
2-Mexico,-1-Brasil,-1-Argentina

All coins were scanned through a 2x2 mylar flip.

The crane&ship look familiar on the 50 cent; I sold a coin around Christmas time with the same theme. I'll see if I can
find out where it's from.

Very nice coins!

I may be stating the obvious however, won't the mylar flips eventually cause you a problem when the plastic reacts with the coins metal?

If eventually means in a few years then I have few worries. Thanks for the comments so far! If anyone has coins from these series post 'em because I don't know what they even look like - I'm getting my World Krause shortly.
