The lighting on the pic is really hiding the true grade of the coin,, many of these coins are banged up from the start, and the only way to tell for sure how the coin may grade is from the luster,, if the coin shows any rub on the cheek and eagles brest, the coin will never be worth morethan face value, and the grade is really insignificant.
If the coin is just baggy , which is common on these coins then the best that the coin could achieve as a grade would be MS-60 or 61 which really equates to face value again.
for these coins to bear a significant premium a grade of at leat MS-64 would need to be met, with the most value being 65 and above.
