I'm not good at explaining things but hope you'll understand what I'm saying. How about a section with pictures of problem coins that we can look and compare to a coin we have on hand. An example: we can have a picture of a cleaned coin, coin with milkspots, coin with carbon spots, dipped coin etc. Maybe we can have 2 pictures, how it would look at 10x, 20x. Actually we can include other things like what a die break, die gauge looks like. Basically something to look up and learn.

I guess its mostly useful to new comers. Most of you can already identify these. What do u think?

Interesting thought. I could see where this could be helpful. Let me think about this one for a while...

I think it's a great idea. It would be so helpful for identifying errors, DDs, Cuds and other things which are so often repeated here.

Ok we'll do it. We don't need Mom's approval, I wear the pants in this family. [:p] Ouch!

I am currently working on a sister site which will be released shortly. It's going to have a photo gallery, a blog, and a pretty extensive content management system that will be divided into sections. Searchable numismatic articles being one of the sections.

I think that would be a good spot for it.

Give me some time to work the bugs out of the stuff I'm working on now and we'll get it done.
