EDIT:

A valid question was asked about the automatic billing from ebay and free shipping. ebay does automatically send an invoice at the end of the sale, but I always send a second one, correcting any mistakes ebay made. It is a flawed system. You will receive an initial end of auction invoice from ebay - ignore it, e-mail me, and wait for the second invoice.
