I have an 1871 Prince Edward Island penny. The descriptions I have read show the reverse axis of Queen Victoria as being in the same position as the obverse. The coin I have has a 180 degree turn so when you turn the coin over the tree appears to be upside down. Is this standard for this issue? Thank you

The die axis for this one cent has both medal and coinage..

Medal axis is both obverse and reverse in the same direction..

Coinage axis is 180 degree turn which is your coin.

Both are about the same value and yes this is standard..
