It's not a coin, either circulating or NCLT. It's a medal from Iran, dating from before the Islamic Revolution there. The date on the medal is 25th Azar 2535 using the Achaemaenid calendar instigated by the Shah shortly before he was deposed, which translates to 16th December 1976.

Thanks for that! It has a little '900' at the bottom of the front of the coin/medal. Would that be the grade of the gold perhaps?
