Well I saw that 8/17 the James Buchanan dollar opening ceremony will be held in Lancaster PA that is about 30 minutes from me but not really interested in attending as I can just get rolls of these from my local bank. (Now if it were one of the new quarters would be there)

You should go to the ceremony and get some rolls and then trade them for quarter rolls you need!

Bruce is just saying that he will not be attending this ceremony like he has for other releases (like the Hot Springs quarter).
