70DCAM Modern Coins..... Beware Or Be Aware?

My modern 70dcams may be worthless
The facts:
Using verifiable online serial numbers check 15200196 to 15200318 124 pr70dcams in a row! of pennies, nickles, dimes and half's. The quarters
would be submitted together to make states sets..

When submitting coins in bulk one can not submit to a only 70dcam the minimum must be 69dcam as I was told.

With no reject fees in bulk who wound not summit to a 70dcam if they had permission and body bag the 69s selling for less then holder costs.
