Is there a place I can look up these types of grades? I'm a little bit confused about them.

PF means Proof.
So is PF Cameo better then Proof.
And Proof Deep Cameo/Ultra cameo best?

Thanks in advance!

Go to the PCGS site. They have the list you need. Yes PF is proof. There is also PFxxRB and PFxxRD Cam (xx to mean grade, i.e. 67 68 70, etc). There is also PFxxRB with the coin not being a Cameo. DCAM ("Deep Cameo")is better than CAM. Ultra Cameo is used by NGC not PCGS. In the Proof Lincolns for 1965, 66, and 67 they used PCGS SPxx RD SMS. SMS meaning "Special Mint Set" and SP meaning Specimen. These three years contained no "S" mint mark. I am only giving you these grades for Lincolns. Other coins have some different meanings for their letters. But the PCGS site will give you a wealth of information.
