Many had mentioned a book called Making the Grade as a great source of information. I generally buy my books at Amazon because 99% of the time they are cheaper and I also have Amazon Prime for free shipping.

In this case though, the book is being offered on ebay in new condition for $18.75 + $3.99. The lowest price on Amazon was $35.99. The difference in price won't make you rich but these days, every bit helps and the book came highly recommended.
