found this coin amongst a lot of others, it is the oldest in the lot.
I have found others like it on the net, but none that totally match, especially the upward pointing arrow under the bust (of louis xv I believe). Sorry about the poor quality of the pictures!

Looks to be a French Liard of Louis XV, Lille(W) Mint. The arrow is the Mint director's Privy mark(chevron).
