i guess what they ment by that was if the number of star notes printed was less then the 5-6 didgit range it was of a higher value to collectors
in 2006 k notes had over 3 million stars notes printed( your note pint run )while a A note only one thousand or so stars were printed . being only around 1,000 A star notes exist those are prob very rare and worth a prem of all 2006 20$ star notes
