I'd go with F-15. Very nice coin, especially for one you found in circulation!

These aren't rare and unless they are in gem uncirculated condition, they only fetch around 12x face value (based on silver @ $18). It is rare to find one in circulation as coppertop did.

I would grade this probably VF30 assuming there are no scratches. SeatedNut is correct with the value, there is no rarity. However, it is always cool to find these little gems running around in circulation. nice find.
