Everywhere I spend some of the extra quarters from my mint rolls, people ask where I got them from. They are astonished at how lovely they are, and I like the throw-back obverse. This appears to be a winning run, just folks cannot get locked onto a source, and most eschew the US mint prices. It may be left to us small-time collectors to prime the demand pump by releasing small quantities into the area, which I have from the start. Hoping that some other locals pick up the habit is all one can do, to find traders locally. Till then, the boards may become our best shot at even swaps. I personally think the new designs are beautiful, and will begin seeking trading parters this week, rules permitting. I break open rolls for searching, and to trade as well.
