Why Does The 2008 US Proof Clad Set Cost So Much?

For the past few months, I have been working on buying at least one mint and proof set for each year. It was going okay and I was almost done until I came to 2008. It's not that it costs a fortune but it's that it costs so much for being just a 2008. The same set in the silver version is 20% cheaper. I'm sure that there is an explanation but I couldn't find it.
