every little scratch is squeaky clean...

I agree cleaned or dipped...too much wear on the jewels in the crown to be EF....though a very strong VF is warranted IMO

possibly dipped and recently cleaned with Brillo pads and harsh chemicals? what a shame as it could be worth $60 or more before cleaning, now worth what you paid for it...5 minutes of polishing wiped out $45 in value and 77 years of patina
