Any idea what this could be worth?
Also, is there a way to restore the color? The yellow seems faded.

No way to restore the color that I Know of I am sure somehistorical restoration place would have a way, but I would think that It would ruin it. I would say your note is VG at best and in my book they only give in the lowest grade of VF, a price for the 1922 speilman/white at ($120.00) but I would say you could get 40 to 70 out of it. roughly

GRADE CRITERIA-------VG will be fairly well soiled and may be significantly worn. edges can be rough and corners rounded. notes may be slightly stained or faded w/ little or no crispness..
