for value- about 10 cents each

If they have rust on them they are not really worth anything. I find steel cents to be very hard to sell.

One of them, the 43D on the bottom appears to be about EF or AU. Still all in all they sell for about $0.10 to $0.50 each. They are extreamely common in most flea markets, coin stores, coin shows. A dealer at a coin show this morning had some of them in AU for $1 each. I've got well over 30 rolls of them in all three Mints in MS grades. Fun to collect, but no big thing in value.

I think you should go out and buy a Red Book and that will answer many of your questions on value of the coins your posting.
