I thought this peru 1818 8R is a common date.But when it slabbed by NGC with AU58, I found there are only two coin of this date NGC graded,the other was a EF45,so dramatically it is the top on NGC certification. This coin came with full luster on both side,but with clearly planchet flaws on obverse.Even more it cames with typical crude struck and matte portrait which was common in late Lima mint. Besides it is overweight than normal standard,the actual weight of this coin is 27.20g. You can see my photos
