Looks like a 1907 25cents that was on ebay earlier this evening.VF20 for sure, but pitting on the face and a rather weak crown, and A on the reverse.I bid about $37.Were you the winner?

May make EF on a good day.The robe, ribbon, and jewellery on the obverse show very little wear as do the leaves on the reverse.TPGs grade these mostly by the bands of the crowns and for that reason the coin would most likely come back as VF

I would give it a solid VF....due to the wear of the crown I would not grade as an EF....nice background on the coin though
