This is one Mr. Neff would have to make the call on. If it is, so minor, I personally would not wouldn't keep it. Just my opinion.

I am referring to the "floor" of the building between all the columns.

John, the space between the columns is the same height as the fields around the Memorial. As the coin is polished, for whatever reason, the edges tend to wear down. this leave the arched or wavy impression on the flooring. As you can see in your picture, there is enough polishing on this coin to make the bar at the top between the columns completely disappear.
