Coin Counters And Hairlines

In searching uncirculated rolls of coins
My findings are a defect that is 90%+ prevalent on most coin surfaces..... hairlines scratches.
Visible by rotating the coin in a bright light source.
Magnification makes it easier for me.
Looking straight onto the coin the surface can be perfect but at an angle these (not gradable/BU coins) hairlines will appear.

At fist I thought they to be improper cleaning, from previous owners.
I thought about large rubs or skid marks on some coins, these I was told by a world class grader to be from a stuck coin in a coin counting machine.

Glancing a coin counters in banks and such I have never paid attention to there mechanics. in researching hairlines and there cause, there seems to be a direct correlation.
