I was at my dump bank today and the teller had some old notes 20's 50's and 100's.

I got 100$ in 20's because I needed cash anyways. Just looking if they carry a premium and should go back and get more...

and is it normal for the seal to hit the "This not is legal tender for all debts public and private", the seal looks off center on the 63A

I would say if you dont want them. put them up for auction and start at face value. I promise someone will buy em.

I would keep them because I like the way they look. The premium is minimal unless they are in tip top condition. The best part about collecting is you can always get rid of them if you find something better or change your mind.

and if the seal is actually touching those words there probably is indeed a small misalignment.
