Do you think that this 1950 is a proof?

I hope y'all dont mind me ressurecting some older threads, I am trying to hone my grading skills.

The war nick looks like a solid VG-8

The buf looks like a pretty good F-12. If it was not for the rubbing along the hair and cheek of obverse I would put it closer to VF-20. I do not think it is a proof either. It does not of the cameo (or whatever you wanna call it) of other proofs.

The wehatie looks to about AU-55. It looks like there is some wear on the top of the wheat stalks and the obverse picture is not good enough to refute that.
