I'm enclosing a picture of a coin with no English writing on it that I can read. It is a 7 gram coin of a brass type metal on the inside, with a silver ring on the outside. Can anyone help?

If you've got an unknown coin and the writing on it isn't English but still uses "normal" Western letters, you can always look the coin up on a reference list like the one here on Don's WorldCoinGallery. It doesn't help for coins like the Thai and Japanese ones you also posted recently, but it should help for coins like this one and the Turkish one you posted earlier. Don's even got a few examples that use other alphabets like Cyrillic and Armenian that can be helpful for the beginnner unfamiliar with non-Latin alphabets.

Thank you again, Sap. I printed out Don's reference list, so I can use it in the future. You have been most helpful.

Well, "no English" means any language except English, right? Here is some info about that coin type, in English, from the central bank: http://www.banxico.org.mx/billetes-...o-coins.html
