Not much notching on this one, although the nearly doubled thickness on letters TY make it an easy one to spot.

2006-P-1-DO-014-&-1992-P-Struck-Thru

No bulge on reverse of coin and smooth edges around the wound lead me to believe this is struck thru a foreign object.
