Man, hard to tell by the photos. Won't even guess on this one. NGC must have given you good one tho!

Difficult to say from the image on this one, but because of what looks like staining on the reverse I'm going to say MS-62.

I updated the pictures , I took these outside instead of inside. Maybe it will help with the darkness of the pictures
