beautiful example, and well-photographed.
I think the medal is the Canadian GSM, ut the Fenian bar was the only bar issued with it.
I suspect that these are not often seen outside Canada.

Apparently, I was correct: the medal is the Canadian General Service Medal (1866 - 1870);
and there were three bars
