Got my NGC graded proof silver quarters in the mail today. They graded PF69 ultra cameo and they look fantastic. I paid $46 for the set with free shipping. I hope these are winners in the future, bought them as potential good investment considering they are the first year of the national park quarters, but I have a feeling they will never be as good as the first year silver State Quarters. Any thoughts? I may try and post some pictures in the next few days. They sure are pretty in person to look at.

Wow, congrats! Pf 69 is nothing to sneeze at. It is the coin of refuge for us less monied collectors who cannot afford the steep Pf 70 rise. The 70 sets, well I have seen some individual coins over 100 a poop, and that sends lots of buyers running for the door.

to be honest I would be surprised if there were very many that graded less than PF-69 since they have raised the standards at the mint in the past decade or so. If you happen to get a PF-68 its very rare and is usually a dog compared to all the rest that had been released, most should grade between 69 and 70 at any of the big 3
