I was posting some quotes and I could not get who it was posted by to show up. I'm sure I am doing something wrong. Can someone run me through the process. Thanks

Mike
I don't understand the question. If you are more specific - we can help.

On the top of each post is a toolbar
If you click the last but one which is a whitepage with red arrow you get reply with quote and you type in your reply

If on the other hand you just use reply to toppic at the bottom of the posts and than in the reply tool bar go to quote and use a copy paste the name will of course not show up

Does this help ?

Thanks for the help. You hit the nail right on the head ageka. I was replying then copy & paste quote. I knew I was messing up something.

You can use the Posting-Quotes button, then just remove the stuff you don't want. You'll still have the quote credit if you leave it there.

That spell checker must be new because yesterday I was still cursing I switched two letters in the word cleaning
My keyboard is getting old and some letters stick too
But since it is a cordless logitech I rather buy a coin then pay 35$ or such

Is this what you mean Rick? It's from the 'access time' thread:

Simply a matter of cut and paste. Not really difficult if I can do it!
