Appears to be some kind of horned animal, perhaps a Brama bull, on the obverse. 25mm.

DCH: Thanks for identifying the coin. Are you sure of the date or is that a guess? Can you tell me where the date is on the coin? If the third line down on the reverse is not the date, do you know what it is?

Date isn't clear enough to be sure. It might be VS1944.
Date is the third line on the reverse.
