Hello to the coin community I am new to this site I come accross some old currency from time to time but have no knowledge of how to appraise any of it I am currently trying to get the value on some silver certificates and an old sword from the 1800's I will try to post some pics later but I need info on how to get them appraised can anyone help me?

People here could probably get you a good idea of the value of the silver certificates if you provide a quality photo or scan. The sword would be more tricky and I don't have an answer for that.
