1972-P Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC 1 Do- 001! I Finally Found "the Big One"!

chuckster 125 Pillar of the Community United States 4113 Posts	Posted 10/14/2010 12:33 am Less than a half hour after I found the 1964P DR 001, I found this also tonight! 1972P 1 DO-001 Not in the best condition as it has some rim dings etc , but I'm not complaining, that's for sure! * For info purposes, both coins were from $10.00 worth of pennies (Brinks Clear wrappers) from a local TD Bank that I use daily along with 2 other banks for coin purchases. I still don't believe the luck (ours now). I suspect you will do like me and pull it out everyday and look at it. It sure has made all the hours roll searching worth while. Jim: I've found 2- 1999WAM'S so far, but you know what's so amazing about this hobby, is what you can't find! I have found some real rare/scarce coins etc , BUT I have yet to find a 1995 LMC DDO-001 and this is supposed to be a fairly common DDO. Go figure? Thanks again to all and good luck hunting!! Chuck.
