? Not sure what is ment by that in that article but I suppose it was intended to mean almost anything that turns rapidly. We used to use electric erasers in Engineering offices. Buffing wheels or Brass wire wheels too on a Dremel tool.
Thanks for the info. I've looked for the definitive study, but it appears no one has taken the time. Seems to me it would be a best seller, especially with the novice collector.
