Unknown-Chinese-Or-Japanese-Token

Anyone read this? It is copper or bronze and measures 23.1mm and weighs 5.92 grams. At the bottom I think there is a telephone number 2587 (if read from right to left). The reverse has a peacock with some utensils of some sort.

Hopefully someone can read this and tell us what it is. Thanks in advance.

Looks to be a Japanese school's momento. However, it could also be an occupied Korean coin, since Korea was under Japan's rule during that time.

The top line reads something to the tune of Opening Celebration CCommeorative

The middle reads "Tomoue Eigou Gakkou" or Tomoue English School

The last line is the date, Japanese Year 2587 or 1929. This gives the greatest hint to who issued it.
