Do you know what metal it is made of? Is it silver or base metal?

I have not received it yet, it is part of a set I am getting. It looks copper in the pic, though it says Gettysburg I don't think it is US not that I have gotten some resaerch. Looks like it might be worth 3 bucks or something. I did not add the coin into the purchase price of my lot so it is a freebe to me. I see them on ebay.
