Sometimes I get in a hurry and just stash my bills in my wallet. I was trying to organize them a little better and I found this guy sitting around:

Arthrene, nice find on the 09 radar. Quick question

What part of the country are you in? The reason I ask is that I am here in the east coast (CT) and about a month ago a lot of serial numbers close to your radar were distributed in my area.

FWIW, Distribution for my area is under the Boston Fed.

Thanks

I'm in the Midwest (Ut). How close were your serial numbers to the one I found?

My mistake -- I messed up on the block (ending alpha). Your's is LC.

We have been getting LD block in the 2 to 40 million ranges.

Edit to Add -- Only about 4,600 radars away (someone check my math). Thanks

I have a crisp LD block '09 in my collection, which are what most of the 09's I've seen, are. However, some NY BA block notes are floating around my area as well. I live in Boston.

Nice radar! Gots a question, though: If some of you live in the Boston Area, then why are San Fran notes being distributed to your banks? Just wondering, because I live in Michigan, but I think the entire J-A block of Series 2006 1's were distributed here... kinda weird in my opinion

^^That's something I was wondering, as well, coinsearcher.

I can see the NY notes being in my area, since NY is relatively close to Boston, and I don't think any '09's have been printed yet, for the Boston fed.

But yes, I agree. San Fran notes being distributed in the northeast is a bit curious.
