I am putting together a collection of off-center Lincoln Memorial cents.

Does anyone know of any albums that are capable of accommodating these coins which are not round? I am currently using 2X2's. I would love to house them in a Dansco album or something similar. Any suggestions?

I don't think that's gonna work with off center strikes Billie. Seeing as their not round you may have trouble finding something to work.

Continue using the 2x2, but get a Dansco album with vinyl 2x2 pages.

I have several such Dansco albums for my dark side and miscellaneous coins.

Dansco stock book with 9 vinyl pages

Depending on how far off center they are you could build your own album using unlabeled nickel and/or quarter pages.

An album with defined diameter holes will not work because of the variability in size of off-center coins. The stock book that jbuck listed is probably the only thing better than 2x2s. I assume you are working on a date collection?

Just to be clear, the stock book that I listed holds standard 2x2s. In my opinion, if you want a uniformed "Dansco" collection, this book is better than the standard 3-ring with 20-count 2x2 pages or just putting them in a box.

Ah, I was thinking it was more like one of the Harco/Gardmaster albums where you just slide the coin into the pocket
Rest in Peace

No problem. I forgot about those!

When I decided to graduate from folders, I wanted to use the Harco albums after seeing them in the magazines. A wise Chicagoland coin dealer (a friend of my grandfather) informed me of the PVC plasticizer issues they had. My grandfather bought me my first two Dansco albums from him instead.

Yes, I'm trying to complete a date/mm set from 1959 to at least 2001. It's challenging. I'm quickly learning which dates are really hard to find!

Thanks guys for all the replies!
