What's the general premium above face do Canadian collectors pay for CHCU $1 and $5 notes?
Example SN -- 6809 6089 and 6809 9086
Thanks

Hello,
Only the first note (68096089) is a rotator. The value is listed in the 2010 Charlton Paper Money Catalogue at $130 for a $5 note. (Rotators are not listed under the $5 denomination.)
The other note (68099086) is just a 4 digit radar and is listed at $15 for the $5 note.
EDIT: I forgot to mention these are for Canadian Prices. Although I would think U.S notes are roughly the same price.

The 6809 9086 flipped over is 9806 6089. So it does not count as it's not a rotator? What about something like 9000 0006 OR 8000 0008? I am just trying figure out the combos on the SN's that have or do not have a rotator / flipper premium. Thanks

Nope, because when not flipped it 980 6608 9 and flipped its 680 9908 6 It would have to be the same serial number when flipped. It would be a rotator if it was 98069086. Quote: What about something like 90000006 OR 80000008? Two perfect examples of rotators! Some other examples are: (Note: These are not all of the possible rotators) 69900669 89600968 88600988 68688989 88800888 88888888 99900666 99996666 etc.

So to summarize "regular flippers" would have the radar premium so to say.
Also on a rotator does the leading zero affect the value meaning first and last digit are zeros. Thanks
