I have been unable to find this coin anywhere. if someone could help me with some information on it, I would be grateful. it says PRESIDENT UNITED STATES OF AMERICA JIMMY CARTER, and his portrait on front. on the back it has the great seal emblem and says UNITED STATES OF AMERICA GREAT SEAL.

I've seen these tokens (they're not coins) before - of various other presidents. Seems that I remember reading in another forum here that they were premiums issued by some oil company. Billie, you're harsh!
