well melt is $423.08. Even if the coins are crap and you get it for 23 undermelt you did good. I would buy them if you have the money.

APMEX is paying $22.50 for VG-VF Morgans and 21.18 for similar Peace dollars (of course you probably have to have 1000 to get that price) so $20 each sounds like a very good price.

morgans and peace are always a good buy, even if silver went down to 16-17 an oz again they would still be selling for 17-19. Cant go wrong with dollars IMO

What he is implying is what happens if on the off chance silver takes a nose dive the next couple days. If silver drops to $25 an ounce the value of the roll drops to about $387. There might be some coins of numismatic value in the roll but I'm betting they are being sold strictly as bullion.

If they're decent coins, that is a good price these days. If they're damaged/harshly cleaned/holed/etc then pass. Pre-1921 Morgans are great pieces to own, even the common-dates. I'd say take a look and see if they're really F to XF and get some dates too.

18 months ago $300 was a good price on these rolls as SuperDave implied.

I know, I Know, I know

The same as 11/20/2010 up until 6 pm EST on 11/21/2010. At 6 pm EST over night markets start trading "down under" and up until then "melt" will be "static".

Dave, I could not resist.
