Look at this auction... and look at his feedback... all well... fake probally by bidding on his own items. Do they do this to set people up to make a big purchace like this?

A few high feedback buyer is taking it in from the last few listing and all early ones were buyers with very low feedback rating, that should raise a flag.

How do you prove seller is listing fakes? Even ebay representatives aren't numistmatist by trade.

I meant by selling 16 fake commem dollars at once... I am 95% positive they are fake by looking at the denticles at the top of the coin, as well as the horse's tail on the reverse.... It should not be that worn as it is a low spot. That is not even taking into account the

1)feedback
2)Multiple listings usuing the same coin

Not so sure about that, this one is NGC MS64 and the tail is the same way.

I'm not saying these aren't fake but at a quick glance they look ok and look to be different coins.
