In addition to the die chip you pointed out, look at the area I circled. Your coin has the same striations as cperry's coin. I'd say there's no doubt these two coins were struck with the same obverse die.

I'm going to agree with everyon that it's an AU-55. I pulled mine out and it dosn't have the die chip. Possible error variety?

I got one from the same die also. Just nowhere near the shape these two are.

Good sleuth work! Definitely from the same dies - mostly determined from the die striations, not the die chip on the feather tip (tons from this year have that, at various stages too). There could be a snow variety associated with this specific die chip, but the striations and/or the chip do not constitute an 'error'.
