Here is one which as panned out to be a very interesting cleaning. It appears to be Anastanius 491-518 AD. The letters used to attribute the coin were only the obverse ones DN STA (CROSS) SVIS. It looks like the picture in Sear of the decanummium (quarter-follis) from the Antioch mint (Sear#52). The cross hovering over the head seems to be characteristic of Antioch coins.
The reverse legend ought to read (A or D)CONCORD around a large central letter I, with ANTX below the exergue line. I think I can make out enough of that to confirm a match.
