hey guys ,I am a newbie so I need some help

I have a coin that I would like to confirm what is wrong with it.This would be my first "real error" all the other stuff I have found were cracks, degration,MAD with no need to going further

I posted in the other thread the nebraska quarter I found with the tripling of " chimney " rock

I have looked online and found it might be a die trail , but have never seen a die trail example triple the letters on a coin,Only kinda drag the letters out

I have looked at die degrading and have not seen a example of triplng the letters going up at a slight angle. as if the coind was wabbled during mint

I would like to know who or what company could tell me what the error is
a die trail coin being moved while struck?
a double triple die hubing error?

I live about 40 minutes from NCG in sarasota FL, should I take it in person?
or coneca they seem to specialize in these things.

If it is a heavey die trail , it might be worth a prem or a triple die error even more.

If it comes back as die degration its not worth much but being a heavey degration might atleast cover the cost of having it looked at .

any opinions would be nice , thanks

please look at my other thread for pics
