I don't know anything about these. They are on my local Craigslist. How much is a fair price? What are they made of? Where are they from?

Here they are. Most likely the seller thinks they are something special but they are not! Cheap metal, not much value.

The 8 coins are identical in appearance to 8 of the nickel counterfeits I picked up in Boston for 50 cents each. They are actually copies of a set of medals made to commemorate the various emperors...

Fifty cents to a Dollar is a very fair price for items like this.
