I might be wrong here, but I believe the first is Constantius II, the second, Constantine "The Great". Neither worth much in the conditions they're in.

Top one is Crispus, Constantines first son. This is what it would have looked like:

FL IVL CRISPVS NOB CAES - CAESARVM NOSTRORVM, VOT X (prob '.X.') in wreath

Cant really see the mintmark, maybe 'TS∆VI'? If it is it would be Thessalonica. Minted around 324AD.


Bottom one is as Wei Fun says, Constantine. Another example here:

Mintmark 'SMHB.'? If it is its Heraclea mint, dates from around 320AD.

I agree with Wei Fun as to the values but these two characters have a very interesting and rich history, Google them ;).
