The "Insert Hyperlink" button doesn't seem to want to parse a hyperlink with a + in it, as shown below:

Kinda moot point, because the forum software recognizes hyperlinks without the button, anyways.

I'd have to say yes sort of. (4 out of 5 for me above) I think it also depends on the end user and the character set of their browser.
