Found this 1991 Linc and the reverse struck me as odd, I'm not a Lincoln collector. What is going on with the reverse UNITED STATES lettering tops and is that a crack or break below the I? Thanks for your opinions. Hope the pictures are good enough.

Yup, die crack. That's a popular stress point on memorials. You see cracks there a lot.

The "doubling" above UNITED STATES you see is where the copper plating has split from the zinc.

Eventually, that will become the death of the coin as it begins to corrode.
