OK, now I'm reunited with my catalogs!
Lombardy & Venice, 1823, mintmark M (Milan), the lowest grade available in the catalog is Fine, and it's valued at $15. Your coin is far from Fine, I doubt it would fetch much more than the bullion value, which at .6000 purity silver with 0.0312 oz. ASW is under US$1.

By the way mintmarks V (Venice) or A (Vienna) are more desirable and are valued from 4x to 10x as much!
